Inaugurated today in Perugia, in Via Settevalli, near the junction of San Faustino, the new Maxistore CONAD.

The CONAD store, owned by the Gaggi brothers, renowned Perugian businessmen in the large-scale retail trade and members of PAC 2000A CONAD, has involved the Archei brand in the design of thermal break aluminium windows and doors, sunshades, steel shutters, motorised doors and aluminium cladding.

WHAT'S NEW IN THE MAXISTORE

The maxi-store is not only of great importance for the size of the structure, about 1,500 square meters of floor space used only for the point of sale, plus 800 square meters for a department store for the UPIM chain, but also presents new features such as: 

• Installation of solar panels on the roof;
• Improvement of the surrounding road system, creating a new roundabout between Via Settevalli and Via Tuzi; 
• Construction in a parking lot to accommodate 150 cars.

INAUGURATION OF A NEW COMPANY

The mayor of Perugia, Andrea Romizi, was also present at the inauguration of the maxi-store. He cut the ribbon together with the owners, the Gaggi brothers, and the new four partners. 4 former employees who after years of work for the Gaggi brothers have received great recognition by becoming partners in the project. 4 new young members who will put themselves to the test in this new and important enterprise.
